Shipping policy

Production. Orders placed by 5 AM CT on a business day print and ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5 AM CT ship the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Same-day rush. Rush is $19.99 per order. Add the Same-day rush item to your cart with your sheets. Rush orders placed by 2 PM CT on a business day print and ship the same day. Rush covers production only; delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. If you add rush after 2 PM CT, we refund the rush fee and ship the next business day.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Rates and delivery. Shipping options and rates show at checkout. Economy shipping is free on orders over $75. Delivery times shown at checkout start when your order ships.

Local pickup. Free. Choose pickup at checkout and we email you when your order is ready at 13219 Stafford Rd, Ste A, Missouri City, TX 77489, during business hours.

Tracking. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Address. Check your shipping address before you pay. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Damaged or lost packages. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us with your order number. We reprint and reship it.
