Terms of service

1. Who we are. luminatransfer.com is operated by Lumina Print Inc., 13219 Stafford Rd, Ste A, Missouri City, TX 77489. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell. Custom DTF transfers printed from files you upload. Each order is made to order.

3. Your artwork. You confirm that you own the artwork you upload or have permission to print it. You're responsible for its resolution, colors, spelling and sizing. We may refuse an order that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law, and refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We charge your payment method when you place the order.

5. Production and shipping. Our Shipping policy applies.

6. Reprints, refunds and cancellations. Our Reprint and refund policy applies.

7. Using the transfers. Follow our press guide. Results depend on the garment, the press and how it's used, so we don't promise how many washes a print lasts.

8. Limit of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for garments, labor, lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Privacy. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
